Tactics

Tactics are the concrete actions that we take to achieve our Strategy based on our team's Doctrine. This can refer to activities such as:

* Deciding which projects to prioritize and postpone. * Choosing tradeoffs we're willing to make, and how to deal with the Debt. * Adapting our Methodology for purpose. * Deciding on specific tools to achieve our goals.

While Strategy tends to focus on the longer term, tactics should be evaluated based on regular feedback.
