Salaries

Ensuring fair salaries is extremely important, and this can get out of hand if you have a large team. Some things to consider with salaries:

* Does your team have a standard salary grid? If so, make sure that the actual salary corresponds to where they are placed in the grid. * How has inflation changed in the past year, have salaries kept on track? * When was the last time each person in your team had a salary increase? * What is the total amount of money you are spending in pay? * When proposing salary changes, what is the overall effect on your budget?
